Yes you need to learn in order to grow.
You also need to try things and see what works and what doesn't ...
If one thing doesn not work ...try to approach in a different way ...and if still does not work ...then it's maybe not worth spending more time / energy / money into it ...sometimes it's best to cut losses short !
But curiosity is definitely key in business success !
